Joining Roberts (Buttons) in the spectacular Hippodrome panto goes back to the favorites – Eastbourne’s Katie Sanders as Cinderella, Rachel Cantrill as Fairy G and the villains Paul Leno and Jack Everson as the ugliest sisters from pantoland. West End singer Jonny Ritchie plays the magical baron Hardup. Hippodrome summer season star Grant Martins as Prince Charming and Daniel Garnham as Dandini are also joining the company. This family favorite promises to be a fun, modern family pantomime that anyone can enjoy! ”
Neon Theatrical executive producer and panto director Paul Leno added, âNot only am I so excited to go back to work in a theater after such a long hiatus during the pandemic, but one like the Hippodrome which has such fond memories for me. This year, I am delighted to be co-producing the panto with the management of the Hippodrome – Alex and Debbie Adams. We decided to work together so that we could bring the best show Eastbourne could offer. The dates are longer, there are more performances and the show will be bigger than previous Christmas seasons. “
Alex Adams, General Manager of the Hippodrome, said: âMyself and the whole team are delighted to bring the family panto back to this beautiful theater. After the year we’ve all been through, it will be an absolute pleasure to bring laughter and happiness back into the building and into our lives. Panto is a great way for families to get together over Christmas. We offer a family show that is affordable and gives the audience an incredible experience. “
