A FASHION faux pas ended a big fashion week for Lady Gaga, who sported extreme looks for the premiere of her new film.
LADY Gaga flashed photographers in London, showing an X-rated underwear-related wardrobe malfunction.
The A star is born The 32-year-old actor wore a black leather trench coat with powerful shoulders, paired with black sunglasses and a pair of over the knee boots.
But the Paparazzi singer turned movie star turned heads when she showed off her panties… and lots of skin to photographers waiting outside a London pub.
The singer will soon make her big screen debut in A star is born, alongside Bradley Cooper (who also directed the remake).
They have been on the promotional runway this week, attending premieres in London and Los Angeles.
And Lady Gaga has been in her usual eye-catching form, wearing a sparkling silver gown and royal Alexander McQueen gown.
The Shallow The singer wore the Victorian-inspired set to the UK premiere this week, featuring a frilly white lace collar, gold bodice and low neckline.
For the Los Angeles premiere, she shone in a silver Givenchy dress paired with a matching cape.
Of course, she accessorized with BVLGARI diamonds and demonstrated her commitment to matching eye shadow with her clothes.
Speaking to Los Angeles Times, Gaga explained how Cooper asked her to remove her makeup before filming an audition tape for the role of aspiring singer, Ally, in 2016.
While Cooper always wanted Gaga for the role, movie studio bosses insisted she audition because they “didn’t really know what I look like.”
Cooper instructed Gaga to remove her makeup and be “fully open” and have “no artifacts” while filming, according to latimes.com.
“It put me in the place where I needed to be, because when my character talks about how ugly she feels, it was real,” Gaga told the Los Angeles Times.
“To be honest, I think what makes me feel beautiful is when I see happiness in my fans,” she said.
“When I see or hear from them that the music I made has changed their lives in some way or another, that’s what makes me feel beautiful. Because it’s just the outside, you know?
“And at the end of the day, I could be in a million movies and release a million songs and everyone could say, ‘She was so beautiful,’ but that’s not really what I want.
“I want them to say, ‘I saw this movie and I cried and I learned something about myself. “”
A star is born releases in Australia on October 18.
