Tyson, who posts on TikTok as @playhousewizard, uploaded a video saying, “Six years ago we built a playhouse for our kids and enjoyed it so much we made a whole resort out of it.
“Then I decided to make a business out of it.
“I never thought I would build miniature castles for a living, but here we are.”
What started as a “dumb idea” has now taken off and Charmed Playhouses manufactures many luxurious treehouses and playhouses for children.

Tyson and his wife Audrey started with three employers and he now has a whole team of staff – with his three children Miles, Emmett and Lydia being important testers.
Tyson told Buzzfeed Canada: “We have $7,000 (£4,969) gambling houses and we have over $100,000 (£71,000) gambling houses. It is not up to us. Ideas come from our customers.
No idea is too crazy, and the company policy is: “We believe that every child deserves a place to play and let their imaginations run wild.”
“Whether it’s slaying dragons or hosting lavish tea parties, every child needs a space to have fun.”
He has a background in landscaping and he often saw gardens that weren’t places children could enjoy.
He said: “Even if one family’s garden had a rickety swing, it was poorly made and usually clashed with the rest of the yard and house.”
