Hoda Kotb spent the holidays with her fiance Joel Schiffman and their two daughters, Haley and Hope. According to PEOPLE, Schiffman worked hard to make sure the day was special for the two little ones. On Instagram, Kotb posted a photo of her significant other working at a playhouse for the girls to enjoy over Christmas.

Kotb and Schiffman have certainly done their best in trying to get the gambling den. Today’s show The anchor first posted a photo of her future husband as he tried to put the finishing touches on the gambling den. In a subsequent shot, Kotb attempted to lend a hand. However, the couple appeared to burst out laughing amid their efforts to get it up and running. According to his caption for the post, what was supposed to be a “simple” setup turned out to be anything but.

In addition to posting columns on their gambling den setup, Kotb also wished his subscribers a “Merry Christmas” by posting a photo of his family. All of the family donned matching pajamas for the photo, which included Kotb, Schiffman, their two daughters, Kotb’s sister Hala Kotb and mother Sameha Kotb. Her post even included snapshots of Haley and Hope opening some of their Christmas presents. Kotb’s youngest Hope clearly loved having a baby doll, as she shared a dazzling smile for the camera as she showed off her gift.

Kotb and Schiffman have been vacationing together for years now, as they’ve been an object for quite some time. The couple got engaged in November 2019. They had originally planned to tie the knot in November 2020, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, their plans were put on hold. In July 2021, Kotb provided an update on her wedding planning at the request of her co-host, Jenna Bush Hager.

“We’re just trying to make sure everyone can travel. That’s really what we want to do,” Kotb said, per PEOPLE. “We want to do this in a place that we love deep down in our souls and that means a lot to us, and we want our loved ones to come.” She added, “But Joel kept saying, ‘Why are we waiting? Let’s go already.'” In the past, the Today personality explained that she was considering a destination wedding. However, as the pandemic continues to be a problem, it is not known if it will always be able to achieve it.
