A week after an extremely easy victory, Ampia Mede Sm wins an eighth consecutive race and strikes another big blow for a hypothetical participation in the Prix d’Amérique – Legend Race after winning the Prix Doynel de Saint-Quentin for a purse of € 100.00 at the Hippodrome Paris- Vincennes on Saturday.

This time, the Italian trained in Normandy had to face three Group I winners: Ganay de Banville, Galius and Power. If these three fought, there was nothing they could do as soon as Ampia Mede Sm launched into the last corner. His final sprint was unstoppable, winning in 1’12 ″ 4 for a race of 2,850 meters. Ampia Mede Sm was driven by Franck Nivard.

Ganay de Banville retains second place ahead of the very good finishers Gamay de l’Iton and Goldy Mary. Next step for Ampia Mede Sm, the Prix d’Amérique Races – Qualif # 4 – Prix Ténor de Baune, December 26: to win your ticket for the Prix d’Amérique.

The 2-year-olds took the stage today at Vincennes in the Gr. III competition. The fillies faced each other in the Prix Vourasie (Gr. III, purse 60,000 €, 2200 meters) and the favorite 6/10 Just Love You (2f I love you-Just In Love) scored in 1.15.5kr to remain unbeaten in four starts for € 90,450 won.

Alexandre Abrivard teamed up with intern LC Abrivard for breeder / owner Michèle Bliand. The 10/1 Jazzy Perrine (2f Django riff-Trendy Perrine) finished second for Eric Raffin ahead of 3.6 / 1 Jet Set Bond (2f Prodigious-Royal Crown) led by trainer Jean Michel Bazire.

The foals competed for the Prix Timoko (Gr. II, € 60,000 stock exchange, 2,200 meters) with a victory at 33/1 Juninho Dry (2m Carat williams-Delicatesson) for P. Ph. Ploquin, trainer Sébastien Guarato and Ecurie Dry. It was his third victory for € 60,520 earned after this score of 1.15.4kr.

The 7/10 Just A Gigolo (2m Boccador by Simm-Blue Valentine) finished second for Franck Nivard and owner / breeder / trainer Philippe Allaire, this is his first loss after four wins. 13/1 Jaguar Wit (2m Eridan) finished third for Eric Raffin and coach Guarato.
