Sloan Struble, creator of the indie-pop project Dayglow, is an American singer, songwriter and producer from Aledo, Texas. Struble started working in music at the age of 10 where he would work in Garageband to learn to play guitar, bass, keyboard, synthesizer and drums, as well as produce and mix to create music. the music. Dayglow was founded in late 2017 where they started releasing singles like Creatures without spirit, run the world !!!, and Can i call you tonight which became their first commercially successful song, receiving “Gold” certification from the RIAA, in part due to its popularity on TikTok and Spotify. Following the release of their first album Blurry brain, Dayglow was invited to perform at the Austin City Limits Music Festival on the BMI Stage in late 2018.

Struble chose the name Dayglow from Brazos’ song “Day Glo”. Dayglow’s music is a mix of alternative and indie-pop. Washington Square News wrote that Struble’s style “draws on the upbeat, groovy style of other artists such as The Doobie Brothers and Michael McDonald”. Other inspirations for his musical style include Michael Jackson and Tame Impala.
