“It’s more Joni Mitchell’s song. We took the parking lot and turned it into a garden, ”said Vinnie Paul, President and Artistic Director of Music Hall Center.

Paul says the idea of turning their parking lot into a beautiful entertainment space was first born out of a pandemic.

“We really wanted to bring color and vibrancy to the city, but it was also a reaction to Covid. Let’s move the program outside for a while, ”said Paul.
